1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable laws. It defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by Jumator (hereinafter — the "Operator").

1.1. The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data — including the right to privacy and the protection of personal and family secrets — to be its most important goal and condition of operation.

1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://jumator.com (hereinafter — the "Website").


2. Key Terms Used in This Policy

2.1.Automated processing of personal data— the processing of personal data using computer equipment.
2.2.Blocking of personal data— the temporary suspension of personal data processing (except in cases where processing is required to update the data).
2.3.Website— a combination of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, that make them available on the Internet at the network address https://jumator.com.
2.4.Personal data information system— a set of personal data contained in databases, together with the information technologies and technical means that enable their processing.
2.5.Anonymization of personal data— actions as a result of which it becomes impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine whether personal data belong to a specific User or another data subject.
2.6.Processing of personal data— any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data, whether by automated means or not, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction of personal data.
2.7.Operator— a state body, municipal body, legal entity, or individual that independently or jointly with others organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the scope of personal data subject to processing, and the actions (operations) performed on such data.
2.8.Personal data— any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific or identifiable User of the Website.
2.9.User— any visitor to the Website.
2.10.Provision of personal data— actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a defined group of persons.
2.11.Distribution of personal data— any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an undefined group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including public disclosure in the media, posting in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.12.Cross-border transfer of personal data— the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign public authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity.
2.13.Destruction of personal data— any actions as a result of which personal data are permanently destroyed with no possibility of further restoration of the content of such data in the personal data information system and/or the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.


3. Personal Data That the Operator May Process

3.1. First name, last name, and patronymic (if applicable).
3.2. Phone numbers.
3.3. Email address.
3.4. The Website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookie files) using Internet statistics services (Google Analytics and similar).
3.5. The data listed above are hereinafter referred to in this Policy under the general term "Personal Data."


4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to process the User's request.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may at any time opt out of receiving such communications by sending the Operator an email at 4ubusiness@jumator.com with the subject line "Opt-out of marketing communications."
4.3. Anonymized User data collected through Internet statistics services are used to gather information about User behavior on the Website and to improve the quality of the Website and its content.


5. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only when such data are entered and/or submitted by the User independently through special forms located on the Website. By completing the relevant forms and/or submitting personal data to the Operator, the User expresses consent to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is permitted by the settings of the User's browser (cookies and JavaScript technology are enabled).


6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing of Personal Data

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable law in the field of personal data protection.
6.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing such data.
6.2. The User's personal data shall never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable law.
6.3. If any inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator's email address

6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator an email notification at 4ubusiness@jumator.com with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing."


7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

7.1. Before carrying out any cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the data are intended to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only with the written consent of the data subject to such transfer and/or for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.


8. Final Provisions

8.1. The User may obtain any clarifications on matters of interest regarding the processing of personal data by contacting the Operator via email at 4ubusiness@jumator.com.
8.2. Any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
