We implemented a CRM system and IP-telephony, which made it possible to track the number of leads from the internet. We found out that with $400 per month, the client was receiving 5 inquiries per month.
We analyzed competitors’ online marketing strategies.
We set up web analytics to track user behavior across different types of advertising.
We analyzed the website for usability.
We installed a remarketing tag and Facebook Pixel to show more ads to potential clients.
Based on the collected statistics and analysis, we reallocated the budget to more effective advertising channels. The first result was achieved: 6 leads at $50 each.
We collected statistics again, analyzed them, made adjustments to the advertising campaigns, and repeated this process over and over… and we continue to do so.
