Increase the number of website enquiries
What we did
We set up a CRM system and call tracking, so the client could see how many enquiries came from the website and advertising. At the start, the client was spending £600 per month and receiving around 5 enquiries per month.
We reviewed the competitors’ online marketing strategies.
Set up web analytics to track visitor behaviour
We analysed the website’s usability.
We added a remarketing tag and Meta Pixel to show ads to people who had already visited the website.
Based on the data, we moved the budget to the advertising channels that worked better. The first result was 12 enquiries at £50 each.
We continued to collect data, analyse the results, improve the campaigns, and repeat this process every month.
