Refund PolicyPayments made for the service may be refunded only for the unused service period. In case of a delay in payment for advertising services in the advertising account due to the Client’s fault for more than 2 months, no refund will be issued, in accordance with the
Offer Agreement.

The request is processed within 3 business days.
Funds Credit RulesRefunds are made exclusively in a non-cash form to the bank card account within 30 days from the date of order cancellation. Only the purchaser whose details are specified in the order can request a refund.
